INCS SETS THE RECORD STRAIGHT

Recent pieces in The New York Times and Catalyst Magazine Chicago were critical of the charter school system but contained many inaccuracies. INCS has responded to Catalyst and to the Times, and we're casting the net even wider. In short, we show charter schools are succeeding on nearly every measure of success.   • INCS will host a screening of The Lottery, a documentary about the charter selection process, on September 28. You don' t want to miss it. It's at the University Conference Center, 525 S.
